In addition to our main restaurant, The Quicken Tree offers a variety of private rooms and spaces perfect for private dining or parties. We also cater for wakes and memorial gatherings, whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration of life.  Depending on the size of your party and budget, we can accommodate up to 600 guests comfortably.

Smaller Private Hire Rooms

For small intimate gatherings, we suggest the Pine Suite, Cedar, Dome  Willow, Party Pod, or our brand new Tipi.The hire charge is £200 for 4 hours hire each room. You will have exclusive use of the room and can arrange with our staff to have early access to the room if you would like to decorate your table/s. We will dispose of any rubbish left behind at the end of your party.

The Birchley Suite and Large Marquee

We offer package prices on the larger rooms with the room hire built in to the cost of your food per head. This is based on you signing the contract for a minimum spend. In other words you would need to contract on minimum numbers of people attending. Our team can advise on what this is likely to be on each room. 

We have optional extras in abundance so if you fancy a western themed shindig, we have all the theming and props you could wish for. We have props and themes for all tastes so please ask one of our team who will be happy to advise. Want fun casino tables, a bucking bronco, maybe sumo wrestling suits or a bouncy castle, we have it all on site so please ask for details.

We often get asked by customers if they can supply their own catering. Unfortunately the answer is no, unless you require something our chefs couldn’t do. An example of this would be Asian food where external professional caterers with all the correct accreditation can be brought in however, there would be a kitchen hire charge. 

Our chefs are very accommodating and regularly create bespoke menus for parties so don’t be frightened to ask about this when booking. We are in the throws of pulling new menus together including buffet menus and full sit down banquet menus. We will add them to this page as they become available.
