Private Dining and Parties at The Quicken Tree
In addition to our main restaurant, The Quicken Tree offers a variety of private rooms and spaces perfect for private dining or parties. We also cater for wakes and memorial gatherings, whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration of life. Depending on the size of your party and budget, we can accommodate up to 600 guests comfortably.

THE PARTY-POD
The hire charge is £200 for a 4-hour booking per room, except for the Tipi, which can hold more people and starts from £900. Each booking includes exclusive use of the space. If you’d like to decorate your tables, our team can arrange early access for you. After your event, we’ll also take care of disposing of any rubbish left behind.
Each room is unique with lots to offer. To view the rooms, please book a showround with one of our team who will be happy to assist and advise on which room will serve you best.
The Birchley Suite and Large Marquee
We offer package prices on the larger rooms with the room hire built in to the cost of your food per head. This is based on you signing the contract for a minimum spend. In other words you would need to contract on minimum numbers of people attending. Our team can advise on what this is likely to be on each room.
We have optional extras in abundance so if you fancy a western themed shindig, we have all the theming and props you could wish for. We have props and themes for all tastes so please ask one of our team who will be happy to advise. Want fun casino tables, a bucking bronco, maybe sumo wrestling suits or a bouncy castle, we have it all on site so please ask for details.
We often get asked by customers if they can supply their own catering. Unfortunately the answer is no, unless you require something our chefs couldn’t do. An example of this would be Asian food where external professional caterers with all the correct accreditation can be brought in however, there would be a kitchen hire charge.
Our chefs are very accommodating and regularly create bespoke menus for parties so don’t be frightened to ask about this when booking. We are in the throws of pulling new menus together including buffet menus and full sit down banquet menus. We will add them to this page as they become available.

THE PINE SUITE
The Pine Suite at The Quicken Tree is a beautiful room connected to the main restaurant but with its own access too. With wooden floors and a twinkly starlight ceiling, lots of customers choose the Pine as their room of choice for private dining. This room can be set up with round tables or rectangles, in banqueting style or as a u shape. Talk to the team about numbers and they can advise on which set-up suits your party size best.

A great little room with its own sound system that can run off your phone. Fancy popping some pics up on the tv screen? not a problem. With steps leading out into the park area, there is the added benefit of having the space for any children to run about and the seclusion if you want a completely private function space.
