Born and raised in Romania, where my family’s education was all about love and respect for food and healthy products. I developed a love for cooking while watching my mom prepare everything from scratch and using fresh ingredients.

As a chef herself, my mom got me my first job in a small family bakery.
After I finished my school, I went to college to study culinary arts extensively. Upon graduation, I started working at a 5* Hotel in my home town where I have augmented my cooking skills and experience even more. Started as an apprentice and over the years became one of the best sous chefs.

With a desire to gain international experience,8 years later, I have decided it was time for a change and moved to the UK in 2013.

My journey started at San Giovanni, a well-known Italian restaurant, where I was trained for a new restaurant that the owners were starting.

Six months later, I have continued my journey at Turpins, securing a position as a chef de partie. 5 years into this job, I became one of the sous chefs and was then promoted as the head chef, achieving one of my biggest ambitions. Being in charge of this very busy restaurant, there was not much time to spare, other than just work, learn and teach.
Now after almost 10 years I decided to bring all my knowledge into this new adventure

As the new head chef, I will continuously strive in providing exemplary dishes.
