Posh Pod booking terms and conditions

All Posh Pod bookings will have a maximum of 3 hours table time due to high demand and will require pre-booking.

These 3 hour time slots will be strictly adhered to for us to ensure that the pods are fully cleaned, disinfected and sanitised ready for the next bookings.

The pod is available to hire up until 10pm at which time you will be requied to vacate the Pod in order for us to adhere to current government guidelines for pubs and restaurants.

The room hire charge is £100 for 3 hours and will be required at the time of booking to secure your booking. This is a strict non-refundable charge. If you can’t attend on the date and time booked, you will be able to re-arrange providing you give us 48hrs notice. 

We require a £100.00 minimum spend on food and drinks and only drinks or food purchased from the Quicken Tree can be consumed on the premises.

NO smoking inside the pod.

Children are welcome in the pod
